PCDI Canada Accreditation Confirmed By Distance Education Accrediting Commission

OAKVILLE, Ontario - PCDI Canada announced today that the Distance Education Accrediting Commission has approved the PCDI Canada division of Ashworth College as a distance education provider. DEAC accreditation is awarded after examination by the DEAC of an institution’s curriculum, operations and financial status. Accreditation is a form of quality assurance for distance educators in Canada and the United States.

Michael Scott, General Manager of PCDI Canada, made the announcement at the school’s head office in Oakville, Ontario. “Accreditation by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission is an important benchmark for distance educators,” Mr. Scott said. “DEAC accreditation demonstrates to students and prospective students alike that PCDI Canada and its curriculum, operations and financial status have been reviewed and found satisfactory. In other words, DEAC Accreditation allows students to safely entrust their educational plans and career aspirations to us so that we can get them get trained, get connected with careers and get a job."
