PCDI Canada Continues to Value Graduate Feedback

on Sunday, 15 May 2016.

OAKVILLE, Ontario - PCDI Canada has always asked for feedback from its graduates on their experience in completing PCDI’s career and other training programs. PCDI continues to receive graduate feedback and takes the feedback seriously whether it positive or negative.

“We really appreciate any feedback that we receive from graduates of our programs,” Michael Scott, General Manager of PCDI Canada remarked. “We use the feedback to assess the effectiveness of the training we provide in satisfying students and fulfilling their training goals. We are especially gratified by the positive comments we receive. For example, Crystal Maye, a recent graduate of Our Medical Office Assisting program told us ‘Working two jobs and studying is never easy, but with the level of commitment from PCDI, they helped make it possible.’ Cauline Perry, a Travel Agent graduate, recently expressed her appreciation for our distance education model. ‘I loved the fact that I could work at my own pace and there were no demands on how and when I should remit my work.’ Linda Barba, a PCDI Interior Decorating graduate, recently summed up her positive experience with her feedback. ‘I recommend the college to anyone looking for a career change or for individuals who are always wanting to learn something new.’ Feedback such as this really makes us feel good about what we are doing.”

PCDI Canada, based in Oakville, Ontario, is the Canadian division of Ashworth College, a leading US distance educator based in Norcross, Georgia. PCDI has been serving Canadians since 1987.
