Meet Your Instructor
John E. Long is your Chief Instructor. He is an experienced medical office
administrator and currently provides consulting to medical practices on such
issues as medical billing and coding, financial analysis, workflow and
utilization of software. He is a member of several professional health care
management organizations including the American Medical Technologists. He is
a Certified Medical Manager, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist and
Certified Medical Administrative Specialist. He has a Bachelor of Science
degree from Excelsior College.
