Meet Our Faculty & Staff

PCDI Canada boasts an experienced full-time faculty and administrative staff along with a team of off-site professional educators, all of whom provide services to students to help them succeed. Our dedicated faculty and staff are proud of their impressive credentials, which are comparable to those of the best career instructors in accredited schools across the nation.

Our off-site educators are practicing professionals in their fields. They are eager to share their real-world knowledge with each and every student by contributing to course development and content, providing advice and consultation, and offering instructional support to our tutorial staff.

College Correspondence Courses From our Expert Faculty Dr. F. Milton Miller

Position: National Director of Education, James Madison High School Principal, and Ashworth College President

Dr. Miller earned his Ed.D. in vocational/technical education and his M.S. in administration and supervision, both from the University of Missouri. He has been a tenured college professor, and has vast experience managing curriculum development, faculty, policy implementation, and planning for educational institutions. In directing the activities of PCDI Canada, James Madison High School, and Ashworth College, Dr. Miller researches and develops new courses and ensures that the highest quality of instruction is received by each and every student. Dr. Miller also manages the accreditation of our courses with the Distance Education and Training Council, the Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.


College Correspondence Courses From our Expert Faculty Karl Freedman, Esq

Position: Director of Curriculum

Mr. Freedman earned his B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been an educational administrator since 1989. In addition to teaching law, Mr. Freedman has developed educational materials for many years, and has written and edited medical, legal, and technical texts for PCDI Canada courses. He manages PCDI Canada’s staff of curriculum developers, who collaborate with professional subject matter experts in producing the fine training curricula offered by PCDI Canada.


College Correspondence Courses From our Expert Faculty Linda Andrews

Position: Assistant Principal, James Madison High School

Ms. Andrews earned her B.S. in education from Oklahoma State University, and her M.S. in chemistry from University of Houston. She taught high school for ten years, and also has a lifetime teacher’s certificate from Texas. Ms. Andrews is responsible for developing the courses offered by James Madison High School, including textbook selection, writing courses, supervising and editing the work of outside authors, and evaluating new courses. She supervises the instructional and support staff, and makes sure that all students receive a high quality education.
